SAMPLES

Retailers located in The Bay Area may schedule an appointment with us via email to sample the scents in person. We also provide scent samples for free for those not local to The Bay Area — just let us know your shipping address and we can send them your way.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Minimum Opening order: $250
Minimum Reorder: $150

Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex), PayPal or prepaid check.

LEAD TIME + PROCESSING

Anything ordered will ship within 7-10 business days. Please inquire about orders of more than 200 candles as we may need more time to produce larger quantities. If you would like your order to be shipped or delivered by a certain date outside of 7-10 business days please include your requested time frame with your order. 

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Free US Shipping for orders of $500 and over (We ship via UPS Ground)

We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Everlasting Safe Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

If you are local we provide Free door to door delivery on Saturdays (except Holidays) from 12pm-4pm for orders over $500 to help avoid any delay that may occur with shipping. 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
